Happy Mountain Flow (Online)

Movement to music.
Based on an eclectic blend of disciplines such as yoga, qi gong, tai chi, pilates, and free
movement, to stretch and strengthen the body safely and mindfully. Meditation and
relaxation always a focus, practicing being in the moment with awareness on body and
breath, letting go of tension, calming the mind, and having self compassion.

Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness including beginners. A health
questionnaire must be completed before participating.

15 min recorded, guided meditation prior to the start of class.

Geraldine has been managing and conducting classes at the Happy Mountain Yoga Studio for 20 years. She holds an Associate Diploma in Health Science (Sport & Exercise) and an Advanced Diploma in Arts (Mandarin). She first trained in Les Mills Bodybalance and over the years has developed her own style and had further training in various yoga modalities. She is currently doing 200hr Yoga Teacher Training to be completed by Nov 2020. Geraldine loves creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere where the community can come together to just be themselves, to connect with self and others, and to find wellness of body, mind and soul through movement to music, breathing, meditation and relaxation.
