Movement to music.
Based on an eclectic blend of disciplines such as yoga, qi gong, tai chi, pilates, and free
movement, to stretch and strengthen the body safely and mindfully. Meditation and
relaxation always a focus, practicing being in the moment with awareness on body and
breath, letting go of tension, calming the mind, and having self compassion.
Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness including beginners. A health
questionnaire must be completed before participating.
