Beginner’s Yoga

A gentle approach to starting yoga. Bringing awareness to the body and the breath. Practicing self-compassion, learning to surrender.

Includes a relaxation and meditation component.

Private sessions also available. $40/hr…$50 for two people

Geraldine has been managing and conducting classes at the Happy Mountain Yoga Studio for 20 years. She holds an Associate Diploma in Health Science (Sport & Exercise) and an Advanced Diploma in Arts (Mandarin). She first trained in Les Mills Bodybalance and over the years has developed her own style and had further training in various yoga modalities. She is currently doing 200hr Yoga Teacher Training to be completed by Nov 2020. Geraldine loves creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere where the community can come together to just be themselves, to connect with self and others, and to find wellness of body, mind and soul through movement to music, breathing, meditation and relaxation.
